Many of us find ourselves functioning as a one-person design department. In addition to keeping a website up to date, we are called upon to create logos and graphics, assist with posters and newsletters, and generally serve as webmaster/web designer/graphic designer all in one. This presentation will cover just enough Illustrator for the one-person design department: how to create a simple logo with Adobe Illustrator, what web designers need to know about creating graphics for print, and, for those who don't have Illustrator, how to create vector graphics with Photoshop.
